Dragoman is early software under active development. Things will change, break, and improve. Features may come and go without notice, and we can’t promise the service will always be available or bug-free.
Subscriptions are $5/month or $39/year, processed by LemonSqueezy, and cover text conversation, memory, and progress tracking. Subscribers get unlimited text coaching for everyday use, subject to a fair-use limit of 300 messages per day; free accounts get 20 messages per day. Voice is sold separately as prepaid credit ($10, or $25 with a 10% credit bonus). Each spoken exchange draws down your credit by its actual running cost to us times three, subject to a small per-exchange minimum, so the amount of voice a pack buys can change as our costs change; your remaining balance is always shown in the app. Everyone also receives a small number of free voice turns each day, and during beta, voice is free for everyone. Voice credit does not expire, is non-refundable, and has no cash value. You will never be billed by surprise — checkout is explicit, you’re charged when you subscribe or buy credit, and you can cancel a subscription through LemonSqueezy’s customer portal.
Use your own account, keep your sign-in link private, and be a decent human. Don’t abuse the service, try to break or overload it, use it to harass anyone, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Dragoman is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. It’s a language-practice tool, not professional translation, and the coach can get things wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for damages arising from your use of the service.
