What we store

To be your coach, Lengua remembers you: your account details, the memories and preferences you share, the vocabulary and grammar you’re working on, and your progress over time. In voice sessions we also store the audio of your turns so the coach can respond and you can review them. All of it exists for one purpose — to make the coaching better for you.

Who processes your data

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service. They process your data only to provide these functions. The service providers we currently rely on are:

• Deepgram — primary voice transcription (speech-to-text) for practice sessions.
• OpenAI — coach speech synthesis (text-to-speech) and emergency transcription fallback.
• Anthropic — coach conversation and learning extraction.
• Supabase — your account, learning data, and audio storage.
• LemonSqueezy — payment processing and merchant of record when you subscribe to a paid plan (name, email, and payment details as needed to complete checkout).
• Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics, with request data and identifying headers scrubbed before sending.

If we change or add service providers (for example, additional voice-processing vendors), we will update this page before they handle your data.

We don’t sell your data

We do not sell your personal data, and we don’t share it with anyone beyond the providers listed above who help us run Lengua.

Deleting your data

To request deletion of your account and data, contact us; a dedicated support address is being finalized and will be published on this page. In-app deletion is also coming.
